Here’s a great smoothie recipe that’s perfect for not only breakfast, but any time of the day.
The thing that I like about smoothies is that they are perfect for a girl that doesn’t measure. You just throw some ingredients into a blender and voila, a delicious healthy snack or meal replacement.
How to make
1. Add half a banana, 5-6 fresh strawberries and a handful of granola. I added frozen strawberries in place of ice. Bear Naked Granola is my favorite, but any will do.
2. Add whatever yogurt you have on hand. I used raspberry Yoplait, but Greek yogurt will taste amazing, too.
3. Add about a 1/2 cup of milk and blend.
If it’s too thick, add more milk.
It’s fresh, delicious, and filling from the granola.
Tip: Add protein for a good after work out drink.
