Today on the Bite Tonight: Chili Cook off and lunch from Red Crown.
This past week I participated in the first annual Chili Cook off at work in order to celebrate Fall. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to do it again next year. My favorite part was getting to taste all the different recipes and concoctions. Although my entry didn’t win, it was still fun.

While judging took place, we indulged in lunch from Red Crown, Grosse Pointe, MI.
Ribs, braised greens, mac and cheese, pulled pork, corn bread, and 3 different delicious sauces. My favorite was the signature sauce. The mac and cheese was on point, the pulled pork and ribs were super tender and flavorful. The cornbread was sweet and delicious.
